Hemimorphite Beads and StrandsHemimorphite Beads

Hemimorphite is a rare gemstone, usually found around Zinc mines. In gem grade, usually turquoise, snow white, blue or green. In the old days, Hemimorphite was known by the name of Calamine. Hemimorphite gets its name from Greek, meaning half-form referring to the crystals, which are different shapes at the two ends. A lively, bright and somehow clean looking gemstone perfect for Turquoise and summer wear. (NOTE: All beads/stones can be assumed to be about a Grade B and UNTREATED, unless otherwise specified)
