Peruvian Pink Opal is a true Opal in that the stone is Quartz with trapped water, Peruvian Pink Opal does not have the irridescent color play of an Australian Opal, rather Sometimes called Jelly Opal, Andean Opal or Angelskin Opal. This Jelly Opal also comes in Blue. (NOTE: All beads/stones can be assumed to be about a Grade B and UNTREATED, unless otherwise specified)
